Teresa Smith has over 17 years of experience serving the community of Pasadena. Born and raised in the greater Pasadena area, Teresa realized at an early age that she has a way of bringing the best out of people. Her life experiences as a single mom, have led her to be an advocate for women by working for the Black Infant Health Program offered through The City of Pasadena.
The gift and passion for helping others only made it a matter of time before she started her own life coaching practice BTBM short for Being The Best Me. Teresa’s purpose is to support you on your path to becoming free from hurt, pain, and strongholds. She uses healing art and other techniques to help you achieve a state of well-being.
Teresa has done countless workshops for agencies like Shepherds Door Domestic Violence Resource Center and A Window Between Worlds, that have touched and transformed the lives of men, women, and children.
